We deliver the products from our warehouses (located in Germany & Italy) to the following countries via DHL courier or FedEx Standard. For ***Cash on Delivery” orders we use the Geniki Taxydromiki courier service.

2. Payment

The payment must be done within maximum 3 days from the creation of the order, otherwise we will cancel it.

Which currencies can I shop in?

The default shop’s currency is EUR but you can also make purchases in USD or GBP, AUD, BGN, CAD, CZK, DKK, HKD, HUF, JPY, PLN, PHP, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB (upon request).

Please note: We accept cash on delivery as payment only for shipments to Greece or Bulgaria.

Will my personal details stay safe?

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Your payments get processed through the secure myPOS or PayPal checkout gateway and no data is stored in our side.

3. Shopping and placing an order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for an account so that you can subscribe to our newsletter and easily place an order.

I have forgotten my password: what should I do?

Simply follow the ‘Lost your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

How do I receive email newsletter?

Subscribe and receive a 5% Coupon code for your first order, stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. Email preferences can be easily managed under ‘My Account’.

How do I place an order on your site?

Placing an order at 99FashionBrands is quite simple. Here’s how:

  1. Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.

  2. Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to Checkout under ‘Cart’.

  3. Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.

  4. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. 4. Product Authenticity

Are items authentic?

Our offering is expertly curated from the best luxury fashion brands around the globe and we guarantee all items are authentic. Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with your item if the designer has not supplied them.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective box to ensure it arrives to you in great condition. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.

5. Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

You can make a return request for one or more products within 20 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons: if you do not like the product, if it is too big / small, if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered, if it is not present in the parcel.

The return shipping costs to our warehouses (Germany or Italy) are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

  • If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

How do I prepare package for return?

Simply follow these steps to prepare your item:

  1. Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, open a return request ticket your profile and send an e-mail with product photos to We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.

  2. Insert a copy of the ORDER NUMBER inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will NOT guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.

When will I receive my refund?

Using the tracking number assigned to your returns label, you can follow the progress of your package with our courier. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our partner we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?

In case of faulty or incorrect products, the original delivery cost will be included in your refund.
